Alpha Company at grid location BS622458, found a fresh base camp, M-1 .30 carbine w serial # 1760575, 4 bangelor torpedoes, 1 shape charge, 1 60mm mortar round, 1000 lbs of rice & corn - contaminated, 300 lbs of rock salt, 1 pack full of milk, 1 pack full of fish & 1 NVA ammo pouch.

Alpha Company found a base camp at grid BS620451, are searching the area , and found 1 NVA wounded CIA, 3 small children /  CIA 2 wounded of 3          1135                                                                                                   1 boy approx 6 years old with a led wound. 1 male approx 16 years old with a groin and finger wound. 1 female approx 18 years old with thigh wounds, dust off requested.                     1345                                                                                          POW reported a NVA hospital in the area w/50 patients, guard by 10 NVA.
